About the piece

A child is going through a literal and metaphorical journey in the Land of Noonie, during which she encounters a series of adventures, before facing the NoonieMaster for a final showdown. Throughout the piece, the solo violinist walks around the stage and visits various instruments from the ensemble, which are positioned in non-traditional groups, before battling the conductor, taking over the ensemble, and at the end making peace and joining forces again.
